Hosting an event at the Holyoke Canoe Club
The Canoe Club is a great place to host an event. From graduations to birthdays there are many great reasons to bring your family and friends to the club for a party.
Members
To reserve the clubhouse e-mail Sara English (english_family@verizon.net) to check availability.
Club members are allowed to reserve specific areas (picnic grove, Ballroom in the Clubhouse, or the area between the Clubhouse and river) of the club with submission of reservation form and confirmation from the Board.
Rental fees are $5 per guest.
The maximum capacity of the area you reserve will be outlined upon confirmation.
The curfew for all evening events is 11.00pm.
No one under 21 years of age is to be left unattended during an event.
Fill out the reservation form and submit it along with a $50 check made out to Holyoke Canoe Club. Your reservation will be confirmed when the form and check are received.
Full payment of balance is required on the day of the event.
Once a reservation is confirmed we will ask your preferred set up with tables, chairs and grills. Staff will be on hand to complete any set up prior to your start time.
